This August we will be heading on our Three Peaks Morocco Challenge to climb the three highest peaks in Morocco and film “Morocco: An Expedition”.

An adventure film shot on location, that showcases the ordinary time-poor, adventure seeking individuals with ordinary jobs who understand that our holidays are meant for more than just lying on a beach but recognise that adventure doesn’t always mean technical firsts.

We meet the adventurers leading the charge on encouraging other people into the outdoors. Whose motivations of why we go into the mountains, our need for escape and the deeper connection of what an expedition means to them.

Here’s a teaser produced by our Cinematographer, Douglas Tucker on a recent training weekend in Wales as we meet our team of ordinary adventurers training in preparation for their one ‘big adventure’ this year.

Read more about the expedition team in ‘Mission to Morocco’ led by Tiso Supported athlete, Iona Rendall going out to Morocco this Summer.

What is the Three Peaks Africa Challenge?

The Three Peaks Africa Challenge is the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime adventure challenge brought to you deep from the heart of the African Savannah.

Not only will you be ticking off one of the Seven Summits and the tallest free-standing mountain in the world, Mt Kilimanjaro, but by the time you stand on Uhuru Peak you will have already reached the giddy heights of Mt Meru and active volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai.  Often overshadowed by their big sister, these mountains provide travellers with the opportunity to step off the beaten track.  With large parts of Africa still largely untouched, the complete Three Peak Challenge will feature some of the most bio-diverse and culturally distinctive places on Earth, famous for its abundance of wildlife and birdlife: giraffes, buffalo, bushbuck, elephants, blue monkeys, to name just a few.

So whether you are an experienced adventurer, or just starting out your hiking adventures, this is the perfect opportunity to take on one amazing two-week challenge.

Get ready for your adventure with our hiking preparation weekends

A key part of any expedition preparation is in the training. Our weekend meets provide individuals with important information and skills that will enhance your overall experience regardless of what expedition you choose.

The weekends provide a perfect opportunity to discuss with you your training plans and preparation for an expedition, for you to ask any questions but is also a great opportunity to meet us, your other prospective team mates, and gel as a team.
